All--our amazing designers have gotten the comic ready for digital distribution! If all goes well, I'll be sending it out a little later today!
I'll be closing orders on Backerkit. If you ordered additional materials and have not been charged yet, you will be seeing a charge from Stripe for those items credited to SCORCHED EARTH PRODUCTIONS. That's my company name. Please don't dispute that charge, as you will not get your items.
The book will be going to the printer as soon as the printer files have been turned in!

Hey, folks!
Thanks for your patience! I wanted to share some quick details on the book with you. As you know, we were way behind on the letters. But new letterer, Ed Dukeshire, has gotten all lettering done for the edition. The book is with the designers now. As of yesterday, the designers told me we will have a proof this week. As soon as we go over the proof, which we'll do immediately, we'll get any corrections done, send out the PDF, and send the book to the printer for printing. So... we're moving forward!

Hey, folks! So… sadly, Simon Bowland is stepping down as letterer on the book. That’s the bad news. The good news is Ed Dukeshire is joining the project! Ed has lettered a number of my books, including BASILISK. He says he should have the letters to me this week. Then, we’ll proof it, send it to the designer, send it to the printer, and send PDFs to backers! Thanks for your patience! We’ll have the book in your hands shortly!

Smoke Test Surveys are going out right now! These go to a small percentage of backers, just to make sure the surveys work properly. As soon as I get a few responses, I’ll be sending them out to everyone!
Brief Production Update

Hey, all! Lettering on the book is going just a little slower than we planned. We should have the lettering files this week. Then, final designs should not take long. The PDFs will go out as soon as designs come in, and since we are printing in the US, printing will go quickly.
You will be getting a survey in the next couple of days. Please verify your mailing address as soon as you can. That will make things go smoothly once the books are in!
